With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafino Fiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramon Ovando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Serafino Fiz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 36 minutes of play, Languiñeo FC's Cesar Iratxo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafino Fiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Languiñeo FC's Ramon Ovando got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramon Ovando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Serafino Fiz made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Natalio Endira during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Natalio Endira hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Serafino Fiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Ovando in the 92nd minute of play. Serafino Fiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Iratxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Ramon Ovando notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Duendes United's Serafino Fiz. Serafino Fiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Languiñeo FC had won after a very even match.
