In the 4th minute Amadeo Urtun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Arano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Tajo in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lejf Starholm, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Mateo Eudoxio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baby Plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Eudoxio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lejf Starholm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vilmos Keresztes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Godofredo Arano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20thth minute of the game Amadeo Urtun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baby Plate's Godofredo Arano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Arturo Laurentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lejf Starholm was a little too slow when Mateo Eudoxio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 47th minute, Cleto Erdiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Tobias Tajo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lejf Starholm was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Ambrosio Aznaro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Godofredo Arano. That made the score 1-1 in the 60 minute of play. Godofredo Arano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Aznaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Tobias Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lejf Starholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Baby Plate! Godofredo Arano had in the 68thth minute some difficulties stopping Vilmos Keresztes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With his leg Godofredo Arano managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Bombay Sapphire Dry's Amadeo Urtun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Amadeo Urtun in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Godofredo Arano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Amadeo Urtun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Godofredo Arano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 85 minutes into the match, Baby Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Donostia came free, but Godofredo Arano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tobias Tajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roque Blai charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roque Blai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bombay Sapphire Dry booed when Baby Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Blai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Aznaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Bombay Sapphire Dry's Alfonso Donostia got a free kick in the 101st minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
