The audience thought a goal was coming when Saturnino Musko got free with Atilano Bihar in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atilano Bihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radowit Pluciennik, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Ermegildo Todor charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermegildo Todor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Estudiantes LP booed when De La Salle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Todor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 played minutes Estudiantes LP got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Claris. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes LP's Benedicto Estevon got a free kick in the 26th minute. Jeremias Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Otsando in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to De La Salle FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Estudiantes LP's Atilano Bihar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Todor in the 38th minute of play. Aurelio Ur struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jeremias Francesco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estudiantes LP. In the 44th minute Ermegildo Todor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Bihar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Estudiantes LP defense, Saturnino Musko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilano Bihar. The Estudiantes LP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilano Bihar should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saturnino Musko made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ermegildo Todor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atilano Bihar was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Atilano Bihar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Musko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estudiantes LP's Atilano Bihar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Musko in the 66th minute of play. Radowit Pluciennik might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atilano Bihar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radowit Pluciennik ran back to his position shaking his head. When De La Salle FC's Ermegildo Todor in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Estudiantes LP's goalie prevented a goal. Atilano Bihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Cayo in the 81st minute of play. Atilano Bihar came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by De La Salle FC's Guillermo Lauro. But to his dismay, Guillermo Lauro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. The supporters of De La Salle FC booed when Estudiantes LP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Claris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Bihar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that De La Salle FC were the better team. De La Salle FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
