Marcelo Federigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marciano Reno got free with Filiberto Ler in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 18 minutes, Maximiliano Tomi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Tomi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th match minute, Chilca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Nerio to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Tomi's late challenge caught a Chilca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximiliano Tomi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th minute, Maximiliano Tomi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Estrada FC's Filiberto Ler got control of the ball when Jairo Matai tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximiliano Tomi made a kick off. Estrada FC's Marcelo Federigo got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, Estrada FC's Maximiliano Tomi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cosme Madeo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Marcelo Federigo could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Cosme Madeo however easily saved by the left post. After 83 minutes, Teobaldo Loren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estrada FC and the Chilca players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd minute, one of Estrada FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Estrada FC. 85 minutes into the game, Chilca's Delmar Eguen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filiberto Ler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After 89 minutes of play, Estrada FC's Maximiliano Tomi made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cosme Madeo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcelo Federigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Cosme Madeo made a huge save. In the 95th minute, Celestino Ospetsu made a precise shot to the right of Cosme Madeo. Chilca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Estrada FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
