Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bernardo Paulin started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benni Schoning in the 12th minute of play forced Estrella Roja FC's goalkeeper Horacio Mambru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severiano Obeko kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Bernardo Paulin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 17 played minutes Estrella Roja FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Sabin. Victoriano Inko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Sabin in the 19th minute of play. If Benni Schoning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardo Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Victoriano Inko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benni Schoning in the 31st minute of play forced Estrella Roja FC's goalkeeper Horacio Mambru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Paulin's late challenge caught a Cactaca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Paulin helped the player get up and apologised. After 31 played minutes Estrella Roja FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Paulin. Horacio Mambru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severiano Obeko in the 32nd minute. After some careless play in the Estrella Roja FC defense, Severiano Obeko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horacio Mambru. The Estrella Roja FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horacio Mambru should have stopped the shot.

After 62 played minutes Cactaca FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Ofelio. Bernabe Sabin, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Serafino Sotero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Cactaca FC's Victoriano Inko got control of the ball when Bernardo Paulin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Cactaca FC's goalkeeper Victoriano Inko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Paulin. Benni Schoning hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to Cactaca FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Benni Schoning hit a great ball. Estrella Roja FC made a substitution. Romeo Barto replaced Bernardo Paulin. After 86 played minutes, Estrella Roja FC's Jacobo Formerio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Victoriano Inko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Estrella Roja FC reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Estrella Roja FC's Romeo Barto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Victoriano Inko. That made the score 2-1 after 92 minutes of play. With a little luck, Cactaca FC's Victoriano Inko got control of the ball when Romeo Barto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cactaca FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Estrella Roja FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
