After some careless play in the Unión Itañola FC defense, Artemio Llanos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Lima. The Unión Itañola FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Lima should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, Sixto Huly ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Lima was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Talva's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximo Lugo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Lima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Talva's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after 楚寒皓 fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Maximo Lugo fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talva's protests and gave Maximo Lugo a yellow card for diving instead. Zacarias Hever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Inocente having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Arnulfo Gar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Froilan Inocente was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Unión Itañola FC's Carlos Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Huly in the 39th minute of play. 楚寒皓 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 楚寒皓 in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Froilan Inocente prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The wind increased when 楚寒皓 made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Sixto Huly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Talva getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Sixto Huly hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Talva's zone, 楚寒皓 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Inocente came out of the goal and 楚寒皓 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leandro Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Talva's Froilan Inocente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Gar in the 69th minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, one of Talva:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 楚寒皓 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Inocente having to interfere. When Maximo Lugo came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Talva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Lugo couldn't finish the play. Carlos Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Llanos in the 86th minute of the match. Froilan Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 楚寒皓, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Carlos Lima was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Maximo Lugo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maximo Lugo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. A collision led to Talva getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Paolo Celio hit a great ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Talva were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Unión Itañola FC side.
