After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 78th match minute, Deportivo Merlo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilario Garoa to maneuver through the defense. Teofilo Joachim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Egoitz in the 83rd minute of the match. Teofilo Joachim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Lehoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute.
