Spectators: 6779 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Orlando Rencio kicked off to start the match. Conrado Odilon hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Călin Onuț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Gonza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Clodoveo Paulin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dennehy AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clodoveo Paulin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiro Hulberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the match, Manchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Paulin came free, but Ramiro Hulberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro Hulberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Kinsen in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Călin Onuț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fulgencio Eliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes Manchester City got a freekick which was hit by Robin Blatný. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dennehy AFC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Gonza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Manchester City booed when Dennehy AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Malvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramiro Hulberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Beltxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Manchester City's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Clodoveo Paulin 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Placido Beltxe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Orlando Rencio took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeronimo Gonza. Jeronimo Gonza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Orlando Rencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Orlando Rencio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Placido Beltxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ramiro Hulberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Placido Beltxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Paulin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Hulberto. Manchester City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clodoveo Paulin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Clodoveo Paulin hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Fulgencio Eliu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Dennehy AFC were the better team. Dennehy AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
