Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Franklin's Gabriel Cresencio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gabriel Cresencio kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Franklin got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Garikoitz. Felix Rumaldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Frederik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Rumaldo ran back to his position shaking his head. Patricio Adrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Frederik having to interfere. After 30 played minutes, Eldorado's Vicente Jerardo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Delmiro Frederik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eldorado reached it. When Haroldo Dolfos fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Franklin's protests and gave Haroldo Dolfos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd match minute, Franklin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Dolfos to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Franklin's zone, Felix Rumaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Frederik came out of the goal and Felix Rumaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes in the game, Gabriel Cresencio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Elias Txaran having to interfere. Elias Txaran came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Franklin's Elvio Garikoitz. But to his dismay, Elvio Garikoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 45 minutes, Felix Rumaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eldorado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Rumaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Rumaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Patricio Adrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Frederik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 played minutes Franklin got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Dolfos. Eldorado's Patricio Adrio got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute Patricio Adrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Frederik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th play minute Felix Rumaldo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Delmiro Frederik. 1-2. Patricio Adrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Txaran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Garikoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When Franklin's Haroldo Dolfos in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eldorado's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Patricio Adrio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Delmiro Frederik. That made the score 1-4 in the 93 minute of play. The Eldorado players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
