If Slawomir Ewertowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delmar Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Frederik having to interfere. When Delmar Gaxan came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Bote AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Gaxan couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Franklin's Haroldo Dolfos got a free kick in the 9th minute. Slawomir Ewertowski scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Delmiro Frederik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Franklin's zone, Slawomir Ewertowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Frederik came out of the goal and Slawomir Ewertowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gabriel Cresencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Foro having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Arnaldo André hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Slawomir Ewertowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Frederik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, Bote AFC's Slawomir Ewertowski made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmiro Frederik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abelardo Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Delmiro Frederik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Abelardo Alvarez notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Franklin's Delmiro Frederik. Delmiro Frederik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Delmiro Frederik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slawomir Ewertowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

In the 51st minute, Slawomir Ewertowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Franklin's goalkeeper Delmiro Frederik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santos Quintan kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Cornelio Eguerdi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bote AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornelio Eguerdi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmiro Frederik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Delmar Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Frederik having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Slawomir Ewertowski in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmiro Frederik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Franklin's Elvio Garikoitz got a free kick in the 66th minute. Delmiro Frederik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Slawomir Ewertowski in the 70th minute of the match. Slawomir Ewertowski had several of the Franklin's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Delmiro Frederik as he didn't even see the shot coming. Slawomir Ewertowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Frederik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Slawomir Ewertowski ran back to his position shaking his head.
