Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arsenio Paulin started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Cristobal Colas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Salguero FC's Jonatan Jakobe didn't even have to move. In the 9th minute Evaristo Abadie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Jakobe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gaudencio Raphael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Salguero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Cordaro came free, but Jonatan Jakobe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Salguero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Abadie came free, but Jonatan Jakobe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Salguero FC's Celedonio Pacho got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Angel Iban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salguero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Iban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angel Iban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Pascual Eskuin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonatan Jakobe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Salguero FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Mauro Perutxo hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Ombucito's goalkeeper Gaudencio Raphael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arsenio Paulin. In the 60th minute Pascual Eskuin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Jakobe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Jakobe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Abadie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Ombucito's Gaudencio Raphael got control of the ball when Arsenio Paulin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Ombucito's Pascual Eskuin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Jakobe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Cristobal Colas's late challenge caught a Salguero FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristobal Colas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, Ombucito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Colas to maneuver through the defense. Salguero FC's Gualterio Alonso got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Arsenio Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Beltza kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Angel Iban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salguero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angel Iban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaudencio Raphael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angel Iban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Raphael having to interfere. After some careless play in the Salguero FC defense, Evaristo Abadie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonatan Jakobe. The Salguero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonatan Jakobe should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Salguero FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ombucito.
