Olimpo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriana Claude was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute, Silvano Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Huracan Ciclista Club's goalkeeper Arnulfo Quinton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriana Claude. Arnulfo Quinton came out of the goal and Ladislao Lano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnulfo Quinton made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Adriana Claude sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Huracan Ciclista Club defense, Iker Ostots kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnulfo Quinton. The Huracan Ciclista Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnulfo Quinton should have stopped the shot. When Silvano Arias fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huracan Ciclista Club's protests and gave Silvano Arias a yellow card for diving instead. Arnulfo Quinton didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 70th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. The nice shot from Adriana Claude in the 74thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Arnulfo Quinton had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Huracan Ciclista Club's Arnulfo Quinton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Huracan Ciclista Club from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 89 in the game by Adriana Claude from a close distance when the talented Arnulfo Quinton managed to make a qualified save. Huracan Ciclista Club's players were relieved. Adriana Claude fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Quinton having to interfere. In the 93rd play minute Adriana Claude came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Arnulfo Quinton. 0-7. Prospero Martinez kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Arnulfo Quinton successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 99 minutes Huracan Ciclista Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Justo Gomez who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Olimpo's Adriana Claude to fire away a dangerous shot which Arnulfo Quinton despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Huracan Ciclista Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Olimpo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
