Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lázaro Ekialde took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rogelio Montxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Bernabe Bemabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lázaro Ekialde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chira FC's Enzo Fero got a free kick in the 13th minute. Rogelio Montxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Bemabe having to interfere. Bernabe Bemabe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Montxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Montxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bernabe Bemabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rogelio Montxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Ekialde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Artemio Lonzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Marz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Rogelio Montxo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernabe Bemabe. Rogelio Montxo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 37 minutes into the match, Bombal's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Montxo came free, but Bernabe Bemabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Lázaro Ekialde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernabe Bemabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Montxo in the 44th minute of play. Bombal's Bernabe Bemabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Montxo in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rogelio Montxo to strike the kick off in the second half. Bombal's Bernabe Bemabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Fero in the 55th minute of play. Justino Argenis hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. When Rogelio Montxo came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Chira FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogelio Montxo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Bombal's Justino Argenis got a free kick in the 60th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Chira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Ekialde came free, but Artemio Lonzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Montxo might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernabe Bemabe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rogelio Montxo ran back to his position shaking his head. Artemio Lonzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergio Marz in the 71st minute. After 74 played minutes Bombal got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Bernal. Camilo Teofilio, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Rogelio Montxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 78 minutes, Hipolito Iruinea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Iruinea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Rogelio Montxo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogelio Montxo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernabe Bemabe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rogelio Montxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Hipolito Iruinea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Iruinea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bombal succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Chira FC had controlled the match.
