Spectators: 7114 (Terracing: 5338, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 140) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Romeo Ostots kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes, Filomeno Veronica mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tronchi Caracara FC and the Loreto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Loreto FC booed when Tronchi Caracara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Donzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute Teobaldo Mergildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Eguerdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Teobaldo Mergildo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Eguerdi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Marciano Palben scored 2-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Eguerdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nemesio Txilar kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tronchi Caracara FC's Nicanor Donzel got a free kick in the 26th minute. The supporters of Tronchi Caracara FC booed when Loreto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Txilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Danel in the 37th minute of play forced Loreto FC's goalkeeper Maximo Laurentzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 played minutes Loreto FC got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Txilar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teobaldo Mergildo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Robustiano Artal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Moises Telo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Maximo Laurentzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Barbosa in the 70th minute. When Romeo Ostots came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Tronchi Caracara FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Ostots couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Tronchi Caracara FC's Matias Barbosa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maximo Laurentzi. That made the score 2-1 after 78 minutes of play. In the 83rd minute of the match Eugenio Sabino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilberto Eguerdi skillfully saved the ball. Gilberto Eguerdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Fraco in the 85th minute of play. Teobaldo Mergildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Eguerdi having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Rene Lizar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tronchi Caracara FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loreto FC the free kick. Rene Lizar kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Loreto FC had won after a very even match.
