Spectators: 7128 (Terracing: 5347, Seating: 1640, VIP seats: 141) Chacarita Juniors's Nicasio Reno started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Chacarita Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Gonsalve. But to his dismay, Marcial Amor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Chacarita Juniors's Cornelio Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Vasco in the 9th minute of play. Fulgencio Gaufred fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 11th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. In the 14th minute Generoso Vasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Salvator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Generoso Vasco in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Salvator prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cornelio Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Vasco in the 19th minute of the match. The La Lazio fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when La Lazio's Generoso Vasco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Generoso Vasco to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Cornelio Salvator successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cornelio Salvator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Amor in the 54th minute of play. Generoso Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Salvator having to interfere. Generoso Vasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cornelio Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Vasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Salvator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Sendoa in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Generoso Vasco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cornelio Salvator, 0-5.
