Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iurie Mureșan started the match with the kick off. Aswat Futbol Club's Placido Cristofor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Urtsua in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iurie Mureșan got free with Placido Cristofor in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th match minute, Aswat Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Claris to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Aswat Futbol Club's goalkeeper Placido Cristofor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iurie Mureșan. After a rather tough play, Aswat Futbol Club's Virgilio Claris got a free kick in the 21st minute. 27 minutes into the match, Aswat Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Urtsua came free, but Placido Cristofor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Aswat Futbol Club's Placido Cristofor got control of the ball when Iurie Mureșan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Solís booed when Aswat Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Vedillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 minutes of play, Aswat Futbol Club's Delfim Andrade made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Efrain Pello was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delfim Andrade stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Iurie Mureșan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Cristofor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Urtsua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Placido Cristofor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Francisco Elivareo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Iurie Mureșan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Solís fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Placido Cristofor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Lorenz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Aswat Futbol Club's Erubiel Eguen got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 72 minutes of play, Solís's Octavio Muno made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Placido Cristofor was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgilio Claris during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Placido Cristofor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Muno, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Iurie Mureșan took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Placido Cristofor. Placido Cristofor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 87th match minute, Aswat Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Claris to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Cristobal Vedillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Placido Cristofor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iurie Mureșan in the 91st minute of play. Iurie Mureșan scored 5-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Placido Cristofor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Solís fully deserved thier win.
