The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Suarez got free with Agustin Pacifico in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the game, Romeo Uxio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lech Malewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Genaro Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 played minutes RacingForever got a freekick which was hit by Adan Dominguez. Club Atlético Talleres's Enzo Suarez got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Genaro Bortzaioriz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Agustin Pacifico having to make a save. Club Atlético Talleres's Enzo Suarez got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Genaro Bortzaioriz came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Club Atlético Talleres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genaro Bortzaioriz couldn't finish the play. Agustin Pacifico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agustin Pacifico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the game, Genaro Bortzaioriz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Agustin Pacifico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Agustin Pacifico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Suarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Genaro Bortzaioriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Enzo Suarez notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of RacingForever's Agustin Pacifico. Agustin Pacifico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atlético Talleres fully deserved thier win.
