When Bonifacio Regis fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ambil's protests and gave Bonifacio Regis a yellow card for diving instead. Bonifacio Regis kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ambil's zone, Isidoro Richie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saturnino Virila came out of the goal and Isidoro Richie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidoro Richie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Virila having to interfere. With a little luck, Ambil's Saturnino Virila got control of the ball when Isidoro Richie tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ambil's zone, Flavio Cordarin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saturnino Virila came out of the goal and Flavio Cordarin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidoro Richie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barriales FC's Flavio Cordarin got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 40 minutes, Flavio Cordarin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barriales FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Cordarin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Isidoro Richie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Flavio Cordarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes Ambil got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Lando. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavio Cordarin made a kick off. Isidoro Richie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 minutes, Isidoro Richie made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ambil's Saturnino Virila tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ambil's Saturnino Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Cordarin in the 63rd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Jonas Elivareo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximo Corderro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Erasmo Olayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bonifacio Regis was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. Bonifacio Regis hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Saturnino Virila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Richie in the 78th minute of play. Jeremias Hibai's late challenge caught a Barriales FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremias Hibai helped the player get up and apologised. Isidoro Richie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Virila having to interfere. Maximo Corderro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Ambil's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Richie came free, but Saturnino Virila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barriales FC had played much better football throughout.
