The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guido Oihan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Romelio in the 3rd minute of the match. Guido Oihan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 14th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 17th minute, Saverio Brun made a precise shot to the right of Guido Oihan. Juramento's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Guido Oihan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saverio Brun in the 23rd minute. Gerardo Sugar charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerardo Sugar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tuyubil booed when Juramento was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Sugar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Tomas Kimetz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jaime Abaunza was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Delmar Marino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juramento's Guido Oihan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Marino in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Juramento's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Olando came free, but Guido Oihan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Gogo Tiniebra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juramento's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tuyubil the free kick. In the 46th match minute, Juramento was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Tiniebra to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Kimetz to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Tomas Kimetz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juramento's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Kimetz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Juramento's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Brun came free, but Guido Oihan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
