Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baldomero Handi started the match with the kick off. Salvador Astrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Itzaina in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Carmelo Itzaina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reed Sternberg FC's Salvador Astrada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 6 minutes, Gervasio Ederono mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OxY and the Reed Sternberg FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gervasio Ederono kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute of the match Elvio Truylos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 卓迅威 skillfully saved the ball. In the 21st minute, Andres Ekain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 played minutes Reed Sternberg FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Handi. After a defensive mix-up in Reed Sternberg FC's zone, Carmelo Itzaina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Astrada came out of the goal and Carmelo Itzaina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carmelo Itzaina took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salvador Astrada. Salvador Astrada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleuterio Adrio during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Salvador Astrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Itzaina in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of OxY booed when Reed Sternberg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Karlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute, Carmelo Itzaina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OxY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Reed Sternberg FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Eleuterio Adrio hit a great ball. Anselmo Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Salvador Astrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

53 minutes into the game, Anselmo Bernard lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Salvador Astrada. If Carmelo Itzaina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvador Astrada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Itzaina's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Esteban Gartzea kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. OxY's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cipriano Blanco in the 69th minute. The corner ended in Cipriano Blanco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Reed Sternberg FC's Salvador Astrada did a great save. Salvador Astrada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arsenio Gartzen in the 72nd minute. In the 80th minute, Eleuterio Adrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, OxY's Carmelo Itzaina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Salvador Astrada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. OxY's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
