Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gervasio Firman made the kick off which started today's match. Isaias Nuno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Pascual Eguen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pascual Eguen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Satordi in the 8th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Sauce's Gervasio Firman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valentin Guillelmus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 15 played minutes Sauce got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Orlo. With a little luck, Sauce's Pascual Eguen got control of the ball when Isaias Nuno tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Nuno got free with Pascual Eguen in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th match minute, Sauce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Urbasa to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Isaias Nuno kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pascual Eguen. That made the score 2-1 in the 33 minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Sauce's goalkeeper Pascual Eguen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximino Hug. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Mel got free with Pascual Eguen in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaias Nuno made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Vinicio Mel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Eguen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sauce's Rui Mota was substituted for Camilo Orlo. In the 61st minute, Jose Jenaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tacuaral fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The supporters of Sauce booed when Tacuaral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Teofilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Nuno in the 68th minute of play forced Sauce's goalkeeper Pascual Eguen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Soin hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Rui Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Guillelmus having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sauce's zone, Isaias Nuno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascual Eguen came out of the goal and Isaias Nuno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 87 played minutes Tacuaral got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Ipar. Pascual Eguen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Hug, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Sauce defense, Isaias Nuno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascual Eguen. The Sauce fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascual Eguen should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Tacuaral were the better team. Tacuaral's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
