In the 14th match minute, Poma AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Gleba to maneuver through the defense. Gualter Vale made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Wilfredo Estevon sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Geofredo in the 18th minute of play forced Galacticos F.C's goalkeeper Lino Perpinya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Poma AFC booed when Galacticos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Quirze didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Guzman made a kick off. When Ricardo Quintyn fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galacticos F.C's protests and gave Ricardo Quintyn a yellow card for diving instead. 54 minutes into the game, one of Galacticos F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 60 minutes into the match, Galacticos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Gleba came free, but Lino Perpinya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Poma AFC's Erubiel Frutos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lino Perpinya. That made the score 0-3 after 67 minutes of play. If Erubiel Frutos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Poma AFC's Igor Gleba got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 83rd minute, Freddy Geofredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute of the game Bernardo Michael made a throw-in which Erubiel Frutos played forward. When Galacticos F.C's Leonardo Guzman in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Poma AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 94 minutes into the match, Poma AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Guzman came free, but Gualter Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Poma AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
