In the 46th minute, Ramon Montrelle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basilio Inko was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The Traful players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Colastiné were winning 0-1.

They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Colastiné would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
