After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Urdinarrain's zone, Cristian Colon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sigfrido Parra came out of the goal and Cristian Colon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 7 played minutes Deportivo Urdinarrain got a freekick which was hit by German Gartzi. Joel Cebo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cristian Colon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Generoso Edur kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Camilo Sandaili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Delmiro Nevada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Colastiné booed when Deportivo Urdinarrain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Karlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Colon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes Colastiné got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Montrelle. In the 28th minute Fabian Boniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigfrido Parra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melchor Corderun might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sigfrido Parra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melchor Corderun ran back to his position shaking his head. Camilo Sandaili struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Delmiro Nevada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Urdinarrain. In the 47th minute, Colastiné's Fabian Boniel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sigfrido Parra. Sigfrido Parra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Boniel was the one to do the kick off. Camilo Sandailis short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Delmiro Nevada to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Colastiné's Sebastian Etxeberri got a free kick in the 60th minute. Deportivo Urdinarrain's Sigfrido Parra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Colon in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Cristian Colon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colastiné's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Urdinarrain the free kick. The supporters of Deportivo Urdinarrain booed when Colastiné was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Colon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Boniel in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sigfrido Parra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute, Gavino Montae got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Sandaili got free with Delmiro Nevada in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Camilo Sandaili got free in front of the goal in the 95th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Delmiro Nevada was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Gavino Montae fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Despite being the better team, Deportivo Urdinarrain failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
