Christian Silbestre's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Clodoveo Orlandus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Guerreros de Villa Crespo booed when Micholeta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Manilan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apolo Ruy might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clodoveo Orlandus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Apolo Ruy ran back to his position shaking his head. After 29 played minutes Micholeta FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Leizarraga. Gabriel Leizarraga hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Micholeta FC's goalkeeper Clodoveo Orlandus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Silbestre. After a defensive mix-up in Micholeta FC's zone, Froilan Suero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clodoveo Orlandus came out of the goal and Froilan Suero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 42 minutes into the game, Guerreros de Villa Crespo's Christian Silbestre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clodoveo Orlandus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

If Froilan Suero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Micholeta FC's Clodoveo Orlandus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Suero in the 74th minute of play. Christian Silbestre struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Clodoveo Orlandus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guerreros de Villa Crespo. Clodoveo Orlandus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Suero, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Lisandro Hernando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Guerreros de Villa Crespo were the better team. Guerreros de Villa Crespo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
