In the 30th minute, Everardo Quin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cebollitas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amado Guib in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horacio Inocente saved Hacha y Tiza Fulbo Clú from getting behind. In the 35th minute Amado Guib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Inocente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hacha y Tiza Fulbo Clú's goalkeeper Horacio Inocente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angel Primo in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Inocente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Amadeo Senin came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Hacha y Tiza Fulbo Clú fans jumped to their feet. Horacio Inocente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cebollitas FC. After the first half Cebollitas FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gonzalo Berdaitz made a kick off. After having played for 70 minutes, Everardo Quin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cebollitas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Quin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amadeo Senin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 82 minutes into the match, Hacha y Tiza Fulbo Clú's goalkeeper Horacio Inocente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amado Guib. Gustavo Leguizamón made in the 88th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Angel Primo immediately put the ball in play. After having played for 90 minutes, Amado Guib managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cebollitas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Guib was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Senin in the 92nd minute of play forced Cebollitas FC's goalkeeper Astor Bernaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
