A collision led to Atlético Tobias getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Cosme Clemencin hit a great ball. Filiberto Eusko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Astor Tab made a huge save. 11 minutes into the game, Hugo Efren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Astor Tab. Hugo Efren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Astor Tab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Efren in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Gondra FC's Filiberto Eusko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Tab made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Filiberto Eusko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Astor Tab didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. After 28 played minutes Gondra FC got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Eusko. Astor Tab was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carmelo Fagildo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdo Sá in the 36th minute of play forced Gondra FC's goalkeeper Rene Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Filiberto Eusko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gondra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiberto Eusko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Tab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atlético Tobias's Astor Tab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Tobias from getting a goal against them. Rene Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Clemencin in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Valdo Sá got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdo Sá was the one to do the kick off. 61 minutes into the match, Hugo Efren notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Atlético Tobias's Astor Tab. Astor Tab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 67 minutes into the match, Atlético Tobias's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Eusko came free, but Astor Tab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filiberto Eusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto Eusko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Astor Tab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Filiberto Eusko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Gondra FC's Pedro Dodorol got a free kick in the 81st minute. The supporters of Atlético Tobias booed when Gondra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Eusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Filiberto Eusko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valdo Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Pinto having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdo Sá got free with Rene Pinto in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valdo Sá who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Rene Pinto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Astor Tab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Eusko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
