In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quebrachos F.C's goalkeeper Leonardo Muc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonardo Muc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Cibran in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Canchicot's Luis Cordara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonardo Muc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Artemio Quiroga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Pirro in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Florencio Jago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Quebrachos F.C's Iker Toribio got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute, one of Quebrachos F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Quebrachos F.C. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Canchicot. Carolo Inocente stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leonardo Muc. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Eriberto Cibran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canchicot's supporters rose to their feet, but Eriberto Cibran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Muc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luis Cordara to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Luis Cordara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Canchicot's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Pirro came free, but Artemio Quiroga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Muc made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Alonzo Orkatz sent off a good shot on target. If Eriberto Cibran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Luis Cordara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Muc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Eriberto Cibran got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eriberto Cibran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Muc having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Quebrachos F.C's zone, Luis Cordara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Muc came out of the goal and Luis Cordara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 81 played minutes Canchicot got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Cibran. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eriberto Cibran got free with Leonardo Muc in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Estebano in the 85th minute of play forced Canchicot's goalkeeper Artemio Quiroga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Cordara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Leonardo Muc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Cordara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Muc having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Luis Cordara managed to get in a good position for a shot.
