Yoann Perraudeau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fausto Nazario kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Corrales's Evelio Figueroa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Diablos de Boedo! After some careless play in the Diablos de Boedo defense, Siro Cristofor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Dias. The Diablos de Boedo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Dias should have stopped the shot. After 20 played minutes Corrales got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Salvadore. Keiran Moorhouse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Yoann Perraudeau made a huge save. In the 22nd minute, Diablos de Boedo's Keiran Moorhouse dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 26th minute, Arnoldo Nofre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Diablos de Boedo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Yoann Perraudeau made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Keiran Moorhouse sent off a good shot on target. 37 minutes into the game, Modesto Xabel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Bernardo Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 43 minutes into the match, Diablos de Boedo's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Duardo came free, but Bernardo Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Diablos de Boedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keiran Moorhouse to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateo Norino was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Santiago Chan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corrales fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Santiago Chan took a quick shot and it went in 3-4 without a chance for Bernardo Dias to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Duardo in the 61st minute of play forced Diablos de Boedo's goalkeeper Bernardo Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Arnoldo Nofre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Modesto Xabel hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute Modesto Xabel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Dias came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Corrales's Gonzalo Duardo. But to his dismay, Gonzalo Duardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Corrales's Gonzalo Duardo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernardo Dias. That made the score 3-6 after 77 minutes of play. Diablos de Boedo made a substitution. Sixto Felipillo replaced Hermengildo Benino. After having played for 82 minutes, Mateo Norino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diablos de Boedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Norino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Corrales's Jaime Fonda was substituted for Jonatan Weterio. A collision led to Diablos de Boedo getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Sixto Felipillo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Diablos de Boedo's zone, Evelio Figueroa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Dias came out of the goal and Evelio Figueroa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Celso Kelemen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Bernardo Dias made a huge save. 93 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Nofre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-6. Yoann Perraudeau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Keiran Moorhouse charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Keiran Moorhouse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match was over Corrales could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Diablos de Boedo throughout the match.
