In the 5thth minute of the game Paulino Stephen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corrales AFC's Julian Benvido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Corrales AFC's Maximiliano Francis got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ernesto Fernado hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 12thth minute of the game Paulino Stephen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corrales AFC's Julian Benvido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Corrales AFC's Julian Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Raphael in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Stephen in the 21st minute of play forced Corrales AFC's goalkeeper Julian Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Paulino Stephen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tacural AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Tacural AFC's Ambrosio Padro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Tacural AFC from getting a goal against them. Julian Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Raphael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Stephen scored 1-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julian Benvido, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ambrosio Padro made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Serafino Tomi sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, Corrales AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Stephen came free, but Julian Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tacural AFC's Claudio Raphael got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Paulino Stephen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Tacural AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudio Raphael stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Tacural AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Tomi came free, but Ambrosio Padro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ambrosio Padro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafino Tomi went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Tacural AFC booed when Corrales AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Eutropio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulino Stephen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julian Benvido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Camilo Birjaio charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Birjaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 71 minutes into the match, Tacural AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Tomi came free, but Ambrosio Padro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Fernado lost his temper 86 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tacural AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! Rogelio Estefan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ambrosio Padro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Medero in the 91st minute of play. Primitivo Fresco tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ambrosio Padro. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-2 in the 93rd minute. Julian Benvido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Stephen in the 96th minute of the match. Corrales AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
