Spectators: 6638 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pablo Nerio kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Mojigasta FC's Gerardo Silvanito got control of the ball when Luciano Lehior tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lorenzo Oliviero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerardo Silvanito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Steven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Mojigasta FC's Pablo Nerio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clemente Pierres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olympic F.C.'s Clemente Pierres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Nerio in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Lorenzo Oliviero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Pierres was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A hard shot by Melchor Celio from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Gerardo Silvanito's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Pablo Nerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Pierres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of Olympic F.C. booed when Mojigasta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Eufrasio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Silvanito was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Faustino Tauro. Luciano Lehior sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Steven to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Mojigasta FC's zone, Luciano Lehior stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerardo Silvanito came out of the goal and Luciano Lehior tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, Mojigasta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Steven came free, but Gerardo Silvanito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 56th minute, but Clemente Pierres got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Olympic F.C. hanging dry this time. Gerardo Silvanito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Steven, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After some careless play in the Mojigasta FC defense, Fabian Steven kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Silvanito. The Mojigasta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Silvanito should have stopped the shot. With 67 minutes on the clock, Dario Luken commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 67 minutes into the game, one of Mojigasta FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Faustino Tauro shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugenio Gizon during the 74th minute.
