When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Luís Quintal took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Baltasar Ermano to make any attempt to save it. After 47 played minutes Club Atletico Juan Mirabe got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Millano. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

After 97 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tomanagua FC! The goalkeeper, Hugo Kepa, was totally fooled by Club Atletico Juan Mirabe's Ciriaco Niguel, who 100 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Club Atletico Juan Mirabe's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
