The audience was convinced that Paulino Berenguer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esteban Celio was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juan Mirabe's Paulino Berenguer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Celio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dante Gabino to make the kick off. Baltasar Ermano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Juvenal in the 69th minute of the match. Dante Gabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Ermano having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Paulino Berenguer notched a goal, 3-5, to the right of Union Sta. Fe's Esteban Celio. Esteban Celio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 83 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juan Mirabe's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Juvenal came free, but Baltasar Ermano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Union Sta. Fe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Juan Mirabe the free kick. The supporters of Club Atletico Juan Mirabe booed when Union Sta. Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Oskitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atletico Juan Mirabe's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
