With a little luck, Huracan de San Justo's Ladislao Sansone got control of the ball when Eugenio Bernard tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Agustoni AFC's zone, Claudio Nisio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guido Umbruso came out of the goal and Claudio Nisio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Zeledon Oso came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Huracan de San Justo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeledon Oso couldn't finish the play. Zeledon Oso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Umbruso having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, Huracan de San Justo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Mosen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Oso in the 44th minute of play forced Agustoni AFC's goalkeeper Guido Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Orlondon charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Orlondon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Agustoni AFC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Orlondon. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zeledon Oso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arturo Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Huracan de San Justo's Arturo Garaile quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Huracan de San Justo's Angelino Xabel got a free kick in the 77th minute. Ladislao Sansone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Abilio in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute of the match Arturo Azevedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ladislao Sansone skillfully saved the ball.
