Simbolar AFC's Faustino Confesor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Mon in the 35th minute of play. Faustino Confesor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vavřinec Neugebauer in the 36th minute of play. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Ladislao Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Herrera having to interfere.
