The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilio Cordarrel got free with Martin Dimo in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Picapiedra's Martin Dimo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Picapiedra from getting a goal against them. Martin Dimo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Herauso in the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to Kaiken getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Angel Lorencio hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Kaiken's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Goiz came free, but Emilio Pabla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matias Belarmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Dimo having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Picapiedra's goalkeeper Martin Dimo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angel Lorencio. Rogelio Goiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Rogelio Goiz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Emilio Pabla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute, Joel Oskarbi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Picapiedra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 47 minutes into the game, Matias Belarmo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kaiken's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Picapiedra the free kick. The supporters of Picapiedra booed when Kaiken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Belarmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Matias Belarmo made the kick off in the second half. Kaiken's Emilio Cordarrel got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Picapiedra's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Lorencio came free, but Martin Dimo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Lugo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Martin Dimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Lorencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a little luck, Kaiken's Emilio Pabla got control of the ball when Joel Oskarbi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kaiken's Emilio Pabla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Goiz in the 97th minute of play. Picapiedra played a much better game than Kaiken and deserved their victory. The Kaiken players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
