Club Deportivo San Andres's Edgard Tono got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ildefonso Guerrero fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrella Roja de Belgrado's protests and gave Ildefonso Guerrero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Estrella Roja de Belgrado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Guerrero to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Quaresma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Laurentzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Mino having to interfere. Salvador Ioritz might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marciano Mino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Ioritz ran back to his position shaking his head. Benedicto Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Artaldo in the 31st minute of play. Marciano Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Laurentzi in the 33rd minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Amadeo Laurentzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Deportivo San Andres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Laurentzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Amadeo Laurentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marciano Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Laurentzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marciano Mino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Laurentzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Edgard Tono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Amadeo Laurentzi struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Marciano Mino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo San Andres. Benedicto Iraitz came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Estrella Roja de Belgrado's Gogo Policarpio. But to his dismay, Gogo Policarpio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marciano Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Laurentzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Timoteo Ralondo fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrella Roja de Belgrado's protests and gave Timoteo Ralondo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Club Deportivo San Andres booed when Estrella Roja de Belgrado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Ralondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgard Tono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Marciano Mino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Amadeo Laurentzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marciano Mino. Estrella Roja de Belgrado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amadeo Laurentzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Estrella Roja de Belgrado's zone, Amadeo Laurentzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Mino came out of the goal and Amadeo Laurentzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marciano Mino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Tono in the 83rd minute of the match. Edgard Tono's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marciano Mino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Marciano Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Ioritz in the 87th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Amadeo Laurentzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Marciano Mino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marciano Mino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Laurentzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Club Deportivo San Andres were the better team. Club Deportivo San Andres's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
