Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gonzo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gonzo in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gitano Tojedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Ricart in the 4th minute of play forced Sacanta's goalkeeper Gitano Tojedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gitano Tojedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Ricart in the 7th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Sacanta's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Ricart came free, but Gitano Tojedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Fermin Laurendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sacanta's Gitano Tojedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Ricart in the 17th minute of play. If Basilio Manuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Bikendi might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Astrada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentin Bikendi ran back to his position shaking his head. Basilio Manuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Astrada having to interfere. Basilio Manuelo struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Rene Astrada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sacanta. Joel Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Gitano Tojedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bonifacio Salomone to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Augusto Ricart ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gitano Tojedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Sacanta's Bonifacio Salomone in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vela's goalie prevented a goal. Rene Astrada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Manuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. He walked away shaking his head. The supporters of Sacanta booed when Vela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Dalmai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gitano Tojedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gonzo in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Sacanta's goalkeeper Gitano Tojedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Milian. Bonifacio Salomone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rene Astrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
