An unexpectedly hard shot by Steff Lillemøller in the 8th minute of play forced Riberas del Parana's goalkeeper Silverio Abeitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silverio Abeitia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steff Lillemøller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silverio Abeitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steff Lillemøller in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Yoscaba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Benet to maneuver through the defense. Riberas del Parana's Silverio Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petri Kuuri in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Yoscaba FC's goalkeeper Anibal Montes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Heriberto. Riberas del Parana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Iyan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jeremias Heriberto made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Steff Lillemøller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benicio Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Montes having to interfere. Silverio Abeitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steff Lillemøller in the 56th minute of play. With his leg Silverio Abeitia managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Yoscaba FC's Petri Kuuri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 59 minutes into the match, Yoscaba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Heriberto came free, but Anibal Montes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Yoscaba FC booed when Riberas del Parana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Bembe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yoscaba FC's Petri Kuuri got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 played minutes Yoscaba FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Estebe. In the 66th minute Jeremias Heriberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Montes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the match, Riberas del Parana's goal looked a bit too open when Steff Lillemøller came free, but Silverio Abeitia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carolo Loren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anibal Montes. Yoscaba FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeremias Heriberto in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Montes saved Yoscaba FC from getting behind. Jacob Kurth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Silverio Abeitia made a huge save. Yngve Dalström kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Yoscaba FC played a much better game than Riberas del Parana and deserved their victory. The Riberas del Parana players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
