But to his dismay, Domingo Edwardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 14th minute Gervasio Aragones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Medardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute Jose Clodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Medardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes Chañaritos got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Aragones. Jose Clodio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carmelo Medardo came out and tried to block the shot, but Jose Clodio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. Gervasio Aragones charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervasio Aragones the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 played minutes Chañaritos got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Aragones. Santos Iztal struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Julian Orain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Copacabana FC. Carmelo Medardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Aragones in the 30th minute of the match. Copacabana FC's Carmelo Medardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Edwardo in the 31st minute of play. Gervasio Aragones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Copacabana FC's Carmelo Medardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Aragones in the 52nd minute of play. Carmelo Medardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Clodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 54 minutes, Lorenzo Locaio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chañaritos and the Copacabana FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lorenzo Locaio hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Carmelo Medardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Aragones in the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Gervasio Aragones ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carmelo Medardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 67 minutes into the match, Copacabana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Eguerdi came free, but Carmelo Medardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Santos Iztal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Eguerdi in the 69th minute of play forced Copacabana FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmelo Medardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Arlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute Gervasio Aragones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Medardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Medardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Aragones in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Chañaritos's goalkeeper Julian Orain had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santos Iztal. 83 minutes into the match, Copacabana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Edwardo came free, but Carmelo Medardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Medardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Aragones in the 84th minute of the match. Carmelo Medardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Eguerdi in the 97th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Chañaritos fully deserved thier win.
