Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) Valentin Bieito made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Nirvana FC booed when Potrero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Inko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute Nirvana FC were awarded a corner. Carlos Suero went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Emiliano Sidoro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Potrero FC's Adan Ekialde did a great save. When Baltasar Tab came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Nirvana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltasar Tab couldn't finish the play. Adan Ekialde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Brion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adan Ekialde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baltasar Tab went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the game, Valentin Bieito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manuel Cruz. Valentin Bieito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 23rd minute, Alejo Jorrin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adan Ekialde came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Nirvana FC's Marciano Enekoitz. But to his dismay, Marciano Enekoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Augusto Brion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 minutes of play, Nirvana FC's Augusto Brion made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adan Ekialde was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Baltasar Tab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Enekoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adan Ekialde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Enekoitz in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Marciano Enekoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baltasar Tab made a kick off. Nirvana FC's Manuel Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Gonsalve in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Potrero FC's Miguel Gonsalve nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Cruz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Baltasar Tab managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nirvana FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Tab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adan Ekialde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Potrero FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Tiburcio Joey hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Narciso Cordairo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adan Ekialde. Potrero FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Narciso Cordairo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Isidoro Castel scored 2-6 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adan Ekialde, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adan Ekialde made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Baltasar Tab sent off a good shot on target. Baltasar Tab who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Adan Ekialde when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nirvana FC's Manuel Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Bieito in the 78th minute of play. Nirvana FC's Isidoro Castel got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isidoro Castel hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Adan Ekialde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baltasar Tab went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-7 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Potrero FC's Adan Ekialde got control of the ball when Baltasar Tab tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nirvana FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
