He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BELGRANO DE CORDOBA reached it. If Zeledon Jayvier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jorge Iyan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Matxin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BELGRANO DE CORDOBA's Jorge Iyan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Balendin in the 22nd minute of play. Eriberto Montxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Suero having to interfere. Dante Suero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Jayvier, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes Volta FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Angelo Lucado who took care of the corner kick. Joaquin Kaxen made a great header on BELGRANO DE CORDOBA's corner, it was just that Volta FC's Dante Suero managed to reach the ball for a save. 29 minutes into the match, BELGRANO DE CORDOBA's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Matxin came free, but Jorge Iyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 minutes of play, Volta FC's Benjamin Galsino made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Iyan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jorge Iyan made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Benjamin Galsino sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Zeledon Jayvier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Suero was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vinicio Tipi during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zeledon Jayvier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jorge Iyan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin Galsino's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Dante Suero came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by BELGRANO DE CORDOBA's Zeledon Jayvier. But to his dismay, Zeledon Jayvier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 58 minutes into the match, BELGRANO DE CORDOBA's Zeledon Jayvier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Suero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zeledon Jayvier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Dante Suero made a huge save. 65 minutes into the match, Volta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Lucado came free, but Dante Suero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 minutes, Zeledon Jayvier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BELGRANO DE CORDOBA and the Volta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as BELGRANO DE CORDOBA's Zeledon Jayvier slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Suero. That made the score 2-2 after 75 minutes of play. Volta FC's Dante Suero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Kaxen in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, BELGRANO DE CORDOBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Kaxen to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Angelo Haritz from long distance, 90 minutes into the match, got Dante Suero's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 91 minutes into the game, Eriberto Montxo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Suero. Eriberto Montxo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Jorge Iyan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Galsino in the 96th minute of the match. The Volta FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BELGRANO DE CORDOBA's performance. The match ended with a win for BELGRANO DE CORDOBA.
