A collision led to Micheron getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Hermengildo Soin hit a great ball. A hard shot by Fortunato Maestri from long distance, 3 minutes into the match, got Silvio Arnau's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of Catamarca FC booed when Micheron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Soin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filiberto Donio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Silvio Arnau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Micheron's goalkeeper Silvio Arnau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Roldanillo. 10 minutes into the game, Jonathan Inge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Catamarca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Micheron the free kick. In the 9th minute, one of Catamarca FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Catamarca FC. Epifanio Dalmau had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Omar Olayo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Epifanio Dalmau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Omar Olayo went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Daniel Pello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Micheron's Silvio Arnau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Micheron from getting a goal against them. After having played for 20 minutes, Fortunato Maestri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catamarca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fortunato Maestri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filiberto Donio hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Filiberto Donio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Arnau having to interfere. If Filiberto Donio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filiberto Donio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Silvio Arnau skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Filiberto Donio sped through Micheron's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Silvio Arnau. The crowd rose to their feet as Catamarca FC's Filiberto Donio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silvio Arnau. That made the score 2-1 after 38 minutes of play. Isidoro Roldanillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Silvio Arnau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 43 minutes, Filiberto Donio made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Micheron's Silvio Arnau tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Filiberto Donio in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Silvio Arnau, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filiberto Donio made a kick off. If Filiberto Donio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidoro Roldanillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto Donio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Arnau having to interfere. After 58 minutes, Gaston Eate mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Micheron and the Catamarca FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Micheron getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gaston Eate hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Isidoro Roldanillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvio Arnau was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. With a little luck, Catamarca FC's Epifanio Dalmau got control of the ball when Daniel Pello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruben Balendin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Epifanio Dalmau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Filiberto Donio came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Catamarca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiberto Donio couldn't finish the play. Leon Colas hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Isidoro Roldanillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvio Arnau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Donio in the 85th minute of play. The throw-in from Carolo Nataniel in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Catamarca FC's Hector Martino. After having played for 96 minutes, Filiberto Donio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catamarca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filiberto Donio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Catamarca FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
