Bartolo Cresitobalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ingas FC's zone, Serafino Menendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartolo Cresitobalo came out of the goal and Serafino Menendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 29 played minutes Brujas got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Uxio. In the 34th minute Guillermo Lucero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Bazil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Froilan Gelmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Bazil having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Ingas FC's Froilan Gelmiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnulfo Bazil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute Froilan Gelmiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Bazil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingas FC's Froilan Gelmiro got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nestor Socorro made a kick off. Nestor Socorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Arnulfo Bazil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Froilan Gelmiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Froilan Gelmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sixto Uxio during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sixto Uxio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Arnulfo Bazil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Romildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Roque Misael hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Bartolo Cresitobalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Menendo in the 79th minute of play. Serafino Menendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute.
