With a little luck, DEPORTIVO DEL PLATA's Baltasar Urtungo got control of the ball when Dalmacio Argina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isidoro Bertin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Urtats having to interfere. In the 34th minute Melquiades Guillem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Urtungo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
