The Challacó AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Tibalt should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes in the game, Astor Sabin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bernardo Tibalt having to interfere. If Jonas Alén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Tiburcio Rexino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Everardo Jokin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Durañona AFC's Everardo Jokin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Loramendi in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Koehler in the 48th minute of play forced Durañona AFC's goalkeeper Everardo Jokin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Durañona AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Challacó AFC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Alén made a kick off. A collision led to Durañona AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Astor Sabin hit a great ball. Everardo Jokin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Rexino, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Everardo Jokin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Koehler in the 57th minute of the match. Ermegildo Cordarell hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Cipriano Breogan hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Everardo Jokin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Rexino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Tiburcio Rexino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Jokin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiburcio Rexino in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Jokin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 71 in the game by Ramon Abar from a close distance when the talented Everardo Jokin managed to make a qualified save. Durañona AFC's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Ramon Abar put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Everardo Jokin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Frisco in the 76th minute of play forced Challacó AFC's goalkeeper Bernardo Tibalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Alén took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Tibalt. Bernardo Tibalt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Everardo Jokin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Abar in the 83rd minute. Felipe Oro hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Ermegildo Cordarell struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Everardo Jokin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Challacó AFC. When the match was over Challacó AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Durañona AFC throughout the match.
