Ubaldo Gilesindo started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Gowlan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Aguilera to maneuver through the defense. Moises Faron was a little too slow when Severiano Chago got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 2-0. Igor Silban's late challenge caught a ELICUCHY FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Silban helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes ELICUCHY FC got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Cesaro. Christian Salvatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Maraman, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Christian Salvatore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Venancio Maraman's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Gilesindo in the 23rd minute of play forced Gowlan's goalkeeper Moises Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moises Faron made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ubaldo Gilesindo sent off a good shot on target. After 27 minutes, Ubaldo Gilesindo made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Gowlan's Moises Faron tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, ELICUCHY FC's Fanis Partalis got a free kick in the 29th minute. Pablo Tadzio struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Moises Faron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ELICUCHY FC. After a rather tough play, Gowlan's Geronimo Aimar got a free kick in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Gilesindo in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moises Faron saved Gowlan from getting behind. 40 minutes into the match, Fanis Partalis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Moises Faron, 4-0. Fanis Partalis kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Ubaldo Gilesindo might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moises Faron. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ubaldo Gilesindo ran back to his position shaking his head. Christian Salvatore was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Geronimo Aimar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Geronimo Aimar really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. After 58 played minutes ELICUCHY FC got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Gilesindo. Venancio Maraman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Christian Salvatore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When ELICUCHY FC's Ubaldo Gilesindo in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gowlan's Baldomero Firmin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Pablo Tadzio came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the ELICUCHY FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Tadzio couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Venancio Maraman in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Salvatore saved ELICUCHY FC from getting behind. Geronimo Aimar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ELICUCHY FC booed when Gowlan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Aimar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Faron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Tadzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Desiderio Calvino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ELICUCHY FC's Christian Salvatore did a great save. Benito Txatxu's late challenge caught a ELICUCHY FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benito Txatxu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, Gowlan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Txatxu to maneuver through the defense. ELICUCHY FC's Pablo Tadzio got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pablo Tadzio scored 6-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Moises Faron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ELICUCHY FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gowlan for a fine match.
