Adriana Maurino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Odol in the 13th minute of the match. When Salvador Odol came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Atlas Fc. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvador Odol couldn't finish the play. XENE FC's Adriana Maurino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Ilixo in the 17th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angel Gonzalez in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teo Mon saved Atlas Fc. from getting behind. Bernardo Ilixo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingo Lorien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Adriana Maurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Odol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Salvador Odol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adriana Maurino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Salvador Odol might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adriana Maurino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Odol ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to XENE FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Cleto Ruy hit a great ball. If Salvador Odol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Alfredo Tonete managed to get in a good position for a shot. XENE FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Tonete was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teo Mon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Ilixo in the 42nd minute of play forced XENE FC's goalkeeper Adriana Maurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adriana Maurino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Odol in the 44th minute of the match. Norberto Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Atlas Fc.'s Rodolfo Reyes got a free kick in the 47th minute.

An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Salvador Odol got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Adriana Maurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Odol in the 53rd minute of play. Salvador Odol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adriana Maurino made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Salvador Odol sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Silvano Vimaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlas Fc.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Vimaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriana Maurino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvano Vimaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriana Maurino having to interfere. Salvador Odol might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adriana Maurino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Odol ran back to his position shaking his head. Adriana Maurino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Odol, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. If Salvador Odol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Guillermo Grabiel fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlas Fc.'s protests and gave Guillermo Grabiel a yellow card for diving instead. Guillermo Grabiel hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Salvador Odol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlas Fc.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Odol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute of the match Marco Chago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teo Mon skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to XENE FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ruperto Eduino hit a great ball. When the match was over Atlas Fc. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than XENE FC throughout the match.
