After recieving a nice pass, RULE F.C's Prospero Xabat tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Franco got free with Anier Ekialde in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Oscar Brun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Ekialde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Muno, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a little luck, Calingasta FC's Anier Ekialde got control of the ball when Valentin Franco tried to sneak it across the goal line. RULE F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Prospero Xabat fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RULE F.C's protests and gave Prospero Xabat a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes, Calingasta FC's Tomas Paskal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Omar Ramirez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Calingasta FC reached it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 58 played minutes RULE F.C got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Silvanito. Anier Ekialde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Berdoi in the 61st minute of the match. Anier Ekialde came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by RULE F.C's Melchor Berdoi. But to his dismay, Melchor Berdoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Anier Ekialde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Muno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabio Remicio during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
