Spectators: 6670 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1624, VIP seats: 46) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isaias Turi started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tucumán AFC's goalkeeper Gabriel Ler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Casimiro Kimetz kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Tucumán AFC's Teofilo Quintana dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Tucumán AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Mambru came free, but Gabriel Ler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severiano Mambru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gabriel Ler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattias Påk struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Cornelio Pudes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tucumán AFC. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Isaias Turi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tucumán AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Turi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Pudes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Turi got free with Cornelio Pudes in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the match, Tucumán AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Lano came free, but Gabriel Ler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ignacio Lano made a kick off. Cornelio Pudes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Quintana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Pudes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Ignacio Lano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Piringundingui's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Lano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tucumán AFC's Gabriel Ler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Tucumán AFC from getting a goal against them. Severiano Mambru had several of the Tucumán AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Gabriel Ler as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 84th minute, Severiano Mambru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Ler was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Evelio Cruz. Gabriel Ler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hector Maureo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 92 minute of play. If Severiano Mambru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deportivo Piringundingui's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
